There is a delightful rural appeal, with trees surrounding the houses through which the island of Lefkada can be seen. The houses are secluded and set off the coastal road, but are only a short walk from the village of Antipata where there are two tavernas and a mini market. Dafnoudi Beach can also be reached by a pleasant walk of about twenty five minutes, through the delightful cypress forest.

Spiros and Georgia live in the upstairs apartment of one house whilst the lower apartment, “Georgia”, is completely separate. Georgia is a very spacious and comfortable two bedroom apartment. There is a partly shaded terrace to the front and the one twin bedroom has French windows with its own patio and sea views. The couple respect the privacy of their guests and are lovely, warm people.

Spiros and Georgia have named two delightful detached cottages on the land adjoining their home after their children, Apostoli and Eleni. Each has two bedrooms with French windows leading onto a shaded patio. The rooms are spacious and airy and have authentic touches, such as traditional wrought iron beds. The dining/ living room area is comfortable and beautifully laid out, with carvings made from local olive wood and a fully fitted kitchen area with washing machine.
