You can enjoy the spectacular sea views from the comfort of your sun lounger on the graduated terraces. Passing yachts and ferries make their way from island to island and at night you can watch the illuminated passenger liners glide silently by destined for Italy, the Corinth canal and Athens.

The design of the house is simple, traditional and in keeping with the surrounding area. The ceilings have wooden beams and the floor is made of locally quarried stone. The villa consists of a large living and dining area, open plan kitchen and a spiral staircase that leads up to a further lounge built on a mezzanine. There are two bedrooms, one twin and one double, each with from en suite shower rooms. The living room and bedrooms all open out onto the large main terrace.

Outside, the large landscaped garden is terraced with a gradually sloping stone pathway winding between the terraces towards the private swimming pool below. There are also two ancient olive trees that provide substantial natural shade. The villa is only a five minute drive to the village of Manganos with its taverna, mini market and greengrocer, yet is only a ten minute drive from Fiskardo.
