Likoudis Apartments are situated in Kioni and in our opinion it’s probably one of the most stunning locations this beautiful island has to offer. Nestled on a verdant hill that overlooks the delightful bay, the apartments, although modern have been designed in stone and wood and have  prevailing features which complement the older more traditional surrounding architecture.  The interiors have been tastefully decorated with elegant wood furniture, iron made beds and fine marble tables, built-in sofas covered by subtle pastel fabrics creating both an inviting and relaxing environment.

Unusual for Kioni properties, there is a good-sized swimming pool set on a raised terrace overlooking the bay. Sunloungers and plenty of dappled shade make it the perfect spot for that relaxing siesta. A ten  minute stroll down the lane leads to the waterfront with its tavernas, cafes and well stocked mini-market. We have  included a car which will allow you to explore this beautiful island at your leisure.
