You can choose two islands or two locations
on the same island and then spend a week
at each in the accommodation of your choice.
Its very simple and we make all the travel
arrangements on your behalf. Our accommodation in these areas varies greatly
from villas with private pools to apartments with or without pools or close to the beach, bed
and breakfast pensions and to five star boutique
spa hotels, the choice is entirely yours. A multi centre holiday in this area is an ideal way of
getting to know very different places despite their
close vicinity. Naturally you will arrive and leave from the same airport and so we suggest that, to avoid too much travelling, you choose adjacent islands, but apart from that its up to you. A weeks self catering in one of our villas with a private pool and with a car or boat to explore on your own followed by a deliciously self indulgent week in one of our carefully selected hotels. The choice is entirely yours. |

The beautiful islands of Corfu, Paxos,
Lefkada, Meganisi, Ithaka, Kefalonia
and the magnificent Epiros Coast on the
mainland, although unquestionably Ionian
in character yet so different from each other,
it is impossible to choose just one of these
destinations. A glorious climate with wonderful landscapes, it is the differences between them that set them apart and make them so fascinating. Kefalonia is a large island with an extremely varied landscape, the fir clad heights of Mount Ainos, the highest peak in the Ionian, the dramatic cliffs of the Erissos peninsula, the fertile vineyards of the Robola Valley. Or the isolated coves of the east coast and a thousand or more kilometres of quiet country roads joining them all and made for leisurely exploration. Contrast this with its smaller neighbour Ithaka just across the channel. You can drive from one end to the other in less than thirty minutes, its capital town Vathy would be classed as a village anywhere else and yet this is Odysseuss kingdom. Lefkada and Meganisi, Corfu and Paxos, the Epiros Coast, each one is unique, making that choice extremely difficult.

The beautiful Sporades Islands of Skopelos, Alonissos, Skiathos and the magnificent Pelion Peninsula on the mainland. Despite neighbouring each other and sharing the same wonderful climate, the contrasting differences between these islands could not be more profound. All the destinations in the Aegean operate from Friday to Friday which makes the logistics of the holiday quite simple. Please note that ferry and hydrofoil times can vary greatly and be cancelled in the case of high winds. You may also be required to fly into and depart from different airports if your holiday involves the Pelion Peninsula. Skiathos, the smallest of the four destinations has been a popular destination for years not only because of its airport but mainly its amazing array of sandy beaches. Skopelos, the largest island of over 100 churches and traditional architecture, magnificent coastline, pine forests and peaceful and uncrowded beaches. The peace and tranquility of Alonissos, undeveloped rugged and fascinating, perfect for exploration by foot. Finally the beauty and majesty of the Pelion Peninsula, a secret amongst the Greeks, magnificent beaches on the eastern coastline, traditional mountain villages and the protected Pagasitic Gulf, a totally unique experience.
