To the side and in front of the house there are both shaded and open patio areas where you can sit and relax with a good book a cold drink or simply gaze out at the yachts as they gently come and go. Below the house within a few minutes walk down some steps, is a small secluded pebble perfect for taking a dip in crystal clear waters perhaps just before breakfast or to cool off at the end of the day.

The house is within walking distance from three of Ithaca’s finest beaches with crystal clear waters. Frikes, being a pleasant ten minute walk along the coastal road which passes below the house offers a variety of waterside tavernas, a well stocked mini market and gift shops. A four kilometre drive from the house takes you to the very pretty fishing village of Kioni.
