house is the ultimate retreat to unwind and completely get away from it all. It is an ideal romantic location,
where you can just lay back and relax in idyllic surroundings.
Your views are of the perfect Ithakan countryside. The gardens surrounding the house are superb, lemon and
olive trees stand proudly with roses at their feet. Birds and butterflies are as captivated as we are, just close
your eyes and listen to the harmony of nature - the gentle hum of the bee as she busies herself collecting her
daily quota of the abundant pollen for her sweet honey, the sunlight as it plays with the gentle breeze sending
dancing shadows on walls and diamonds in the pool.

bedroom on the ground floor with en suite shower room and a twin bedroom on an open mezzanine incorporated
into the eaves of the roof. The ground floor patio doors lead out to a large terrace area with views over the
surrounding countryside. The villa is surrounded by natural shade from the olive trees. To the side of the villa is
a well proportioned swimming pool and a large BBQ area fully equipped for al fresco living.
