The western coastline of Kefalonia marks the end of Greece where the open sea leads to Italy. When the sun sets at the end of the day, this side of Kefalonia truly comes alive with colour. We are fortunate that we have many villas dotted around the western Erissos peninsula, all enjoying the fabulous panoramic view and stunning sunset.

The villa is only one kilometre from the main coastal road that leads to Argostoli, the capital, to the south and Fiskardo to the north. Costa’s House is located in very spacious grounds ensuring maxium privacy and relaxation. There are two beaches nearby, Alaties is a small beach with a wonderful waterside taverna, less than five minutes drive away, Agia Jerusalem is a little further. The beaches tend to be peaceful and uncrowded outside of August and are excellent for swimming and snorkeling in the crystal clear Ionian blue water.

Costa’s House is a fantastic family retreat built on the hillside above these beaches. The spacious villa consists of four bedrooms an open plan living room and kitchen, plentiful balconies and terracing all around the property. On the upper floor you will find the master double bedroom with en suite bathroom, two further twin bedrooms and a separate bathroom. All these rooms lead out on to the large balconies that surround the property. On the ground floor is the fourth bedroom, a double with en suite bathroom, the spacious living dining room and fully equipped open plan kitchen. The living room leads out to the large sun terrace, the pool and that sensational view.

Costa, the owner and local tradesman, has tastefully finished the property with splendid furnishings that supremely complement both the villa and the spectacular surroundings. Costa’s House is quite simply a fantastic villa retreat that we are very proud to feature on our website.
