Perfectly positioned villa, exquisite views in a most peaceful setting Sleeps 2 - 6 Private Swimming Pool Car Hire Air Conditioning A ten minute drive round the bay down an oak and olive tree lined lane brings you to Petros Gatzias olive
groves. This area was farmed for many years by Petros ancestors and you can immediately see why he could
not resist the temptation to build a house for his family. Wanting his two children to be close by he decided to
build them each a house in this haven.
Villa Yiannis is named after Petros eldest son, and although near to Villas Sophia and Petros, is set within
its own grounds. Through his clever use of design and concern to protect the surrounding foliage, maximum
privacy has been maintained. Petros was particularly careful that none of the olive trees were disturbed through
the building of the villas, changing the plans of both the house and pool to fit around his familys precious trees.
The result is a lovely villa, superbly positioned with a truly commanding location over all the sea traffic that
enters the harbour.
The villa is built over two floors. Upstairs are three air conditioned bedrooms each having their own en suite
facilities. A double and twin bedroom open out onto a large shaded veranda with the most fantastic panoramic
view. The third bedroom leads to a separate patio area that has been skilfully designed to take advantage of
a spectacular natural stone feature. The ground floor has a generous open plan living/dining room with a fully
equipped kitchen. Tall arched windows and patio doors leading out onto the front terrace take full advantage
of the stunning view. To the side of the villa a spacious sun terrace with BBQ area and infinity pool
blending into the natural environment.
The seclusion and stunning views of Villa Yiannis provide you with an ideal opportunity to take a step back from
the rush of modern life in truly relaxing surroundings. A five minute walk brings you to a beautiful little shingle
beach with clear turquoise water. The town of Sivota with its waterside tavernas and cafιs is only ten minutes
drive away.
