Situated on the road running between Glossa town and Loutraki port, and just seven hundred metres from the main church, tavernas and square of Glossa, the location of the villa is ideal.

The villa is built over two levels in a traditional style yet with excellent modern touches and comforts. On entering Loutraki you encounter an extremely light and airy villa with its open plan kitchen, living and dining areas which lead out onto the splendid terrace. Here you will undoubtedly spend a great deal of time taking in the scenery or relaxing at the end of the day watching the spectacular sunsets. Floor to ceiling glass doors and large windows allow maximum light into the villa whilst taking full advantage of the surrounding natural beauty and thus bringing in the marvellous vista.

Upstairs the villa has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a shower room. Both bedrooms share the large shaded veranda maximises the marvellous view across to Skiathos and the mainland beyond. There is a further double bedroom downstairs and also a another shower room.

Al fresco living is certainly a top priority at this villa with a built in traditional Skopelitan style barbeque and the large wooden table, making family meals an absolute delight overlooking the private swimming pool and then out beyond to crystal blue sea. Shade is provided by a magnificent aged Mediterranean pine tree standing proudly to the side of the villa.

From the top of the steep driveway that leads to the villa, it is an easy walk to the town of Glossa which can be reached in under fifteen minutes. Mini markets and shops are located here as well as one of the islands most popular tavernas. The port of Loutraki is approximately a half hour walk where you will find the nearest beach and the delightful waterfront with its tavernas and bars sitting right on the waters edge.
