Magazia is a village right at the heart of the island, an important central location, linking Paxos, with roads
leading from here to the larger harbours of Loggos, Lakka and the capital Gaios. An ideal base to explore the
whole island, and also an ideal place to enjoy traditional Paxos. Magazia is a place where tourism hasnt taken
its grip and the real Greece remains under the villages many olive groves. The village has two mini markets,
a taverna, a small bar or kafenion and a bakery. There is little need to leave except for the beaches and the
cosmopolitan life of the harbours!
Athina, the owner of one of the village shops and the local bakery has built her villa on the edge of Magazia to
enjoy the peace of village life but also the convenience for a family to enjoy all aspects of the island only a short
drive away. The stunning sunsets over the spectacular western cliffs are just a short walk away.
Villa Athinas grounds are considerable, the spacious sun terrace and pool are ideal for sun bathing, the shaded
dining and BBQ area so conducive to al fresco living. There is a seductive hammock placed between two of
the many surrounding olive trees that give the grounds so much natural shade. This outside space is lovingly

access and to the BBQ area. The master double bedroom on the opposite side of the building not only has
an en suite bathroom but also benefits from a walk in wardrobe and direct access to the terrace. The villa is
completed by a bathroom and two twin bedrooms, one of which has an en suite shower room.
