Villa Avaton is positioned in a magical hillside location just above Skopelos Town in the Raches area which is blanketed by olive groves. The villa offers privacy with peace and quiet yet is within a short drive of the delights of Skopelos Town, with its numerous tavernas, mini markets, and magical strolls through the backstreets passing its many churches and souvenir stores.

The views from Avaton are sensational, overlooking Skopelos Town and its fabulous bay, across to Mount Palouki and its monastery, and then out to sea towards neighbouring Alonissos. Facing south easterly, the villa benefits from the early morning sun and lasting for most of the day.

The villa is built on two levels with all rooms in facing out toward the view. Downstairs is an open plan living and dining area, well furnished and with a TV, CD and DVD player.
