Meganisi is not only one of the smallest, least developed and most beautiful islands in the Ionian, but is rapidly gaining a reputation as the friendliest. Villa Sgouri is wonderfully positioned on the Meganisi headland with their breathtaking views across to the dramatic mountains of Lefkada and overlooking the tiny sheltered port of Vathi. They have a commanding view over all the sea traffic that enters this harbour.

Identical inside, each has three bedrooms on the upper floor one double with en suite shower room and another double and twin sharing a further shower room. The front bedrooms share a large terrace and are perfectly situated to enjoy the fantastic views. Downstairs is an open plan living and dining room with a corner fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. Each maisonette has two terraces, one at the front and one at the rear to make the most of al fresco living and soaking up the peaceful atmosphere. The swimming pool and large sun terrace sits to one side of the building with a barbeque to the other side. The splendid gardens surround the villa blending it in to the natural environment.

Although each maisonette is available independently, together they would be perfect for large groups of up to twelve. As you would imagine from this island, these two fantastic maisonettes are a world away from the daily routine you will be used to at home. Here you can spend your days lazing by the pool on the sunny south-facing terrace in unspoilt peace while watching the fishing boats come and go into Vathi harbour and contemplating lunch at one of the traditional waterfront tavernas.
