We were fortunate that stars like Pierce Brosnan chose to stay in our Villa Metochi – Skopelos during the filming whilst the Skiathos Princess & Aegean Suites were chosen by other cast members.

This lively James Bond 007 offers heart-stopping shots of hand gliding at the hanging monasteries of Meteora
9. NEVER ON SUNDAY
This 1960 classic film shot in Piraeus shocked many Greeks with its portrayal of a happy, even a bit pious prostitute (Melina Mercouri) but has in every sense become a modern Greek classic.
10. THE BIG BLUE
A fascinating movie shot in part near the Greek island of Alonissos, it’s the fictionalized story of a deep – water diver.
