Ionian & Aegean Island Holidays Free Child Place Promotion

Free Child Places will only be added to new holidays booked up from 14th March to the 27th March 2023 for holidays departing before 31st October 2023. The offer does not apply to existing bookings.

Holidays where the discount applied (excludes loyalty discounts) is greater than 5% will be excluded from the Free Child Place Offer. The offer applies to all Villas & self-catered accommodation and does not apply to hotel bookings.

For Free child places as part of this promotion to be available the Holiday must return on or before 31st October 2023.

Offer only valid on new holidays booked between 14th March 2023 until the 27th March 2023 or until they sell out. This promotion is subject to availability and is advertised as "When they're gone, they're gone"

All Ionian & Aegean Island Holiday destinations will be included in the promotion.

Price and charges - The basic flight fare (including all taxes and non-optional charges), one piece of check-in baggage, accommodation and coach transfers form the 'FREE' element of the price. All other ancillary charges on the flight or during the holiday, such as, regional flight supplements, legroom and in-flight meals, room upgrades, and car hire, shall be chargeable.

Other passengers required on booking - One Free Child place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full adult price. There can only be one Free Child place per booking. (For example, if there are 2 adults and 2 children on a booking, the 3-person price, i.e., 1st Child (2 to 15 years old) will be Free and the 2nd or 3rd Child will have a 20% Discount. (There will be an adjustment if car hire is included where if the number of people on the booking warrant a different car group or an additional car. If there are any regional flight supplements these will also be added for the free child.)

Changing your holiday - If you change your holiday then you will be obliged to pay the new price of the new holiday (less any deposit) and the amendment fees per person in place at that time if you change from: (i) a holiday with Free Child availability to one without Free Child availability; or (ii) a holiday with no Free Child availability to one with Free Child availability. However, if you change from a holiday with no Free Child availability to a holiday with Free Child availability, this shall be treated as a cancellation and you shall be obliged to pay the new holiday price, including a new deposit, together with the relevant cancellation fees for the original booking. Your original deposit shall not be refunded.

Where we change your holiday – no compensation is provided for Free Child places.

Child Age - The child age where a Free Child would be applicable is A 'child' is a person aged between 2 and 15 on the return of such child to the UK. Handling Agents at airports will specifically check the child's date of birth with passport entries.

Where applicable, the discount can be used in conjunction with any money off discount (subject to the terms of that promotion).

If flight dates or passenger names are changed by the customer following the original booking, the discount will no longer apply, and the full balance shall be payable.
