It is run by the Zigouris family, who have been running hotels as a family business since 1884 when their first hotel, the renowned Acropol Hotel, was opened. The Salvator Hotel, completed in 2010 to a high specification, is made up of modern and stylish suites within the main building and four superb two bedroomed villas each with their own pool set in their own landscaped gardens above the main part of the hotel.
