Upstairs, two sea facing double beautifully appointed bedrooms with French doors, open onto a large terrace enjoying expansive views over the countryside and in the distance the shimmering Ionian Sea.

The villas exterior will be a big hit with all its guests, it’s a great place for soaking up the sunshine.. To the side of the pool, there is a large built in BBQ and dining space to enjoy meals under shade as well as a comfortable outdoor sofa positioned under a fixed cover for relaxing out of the gaze of the sun with your favourite read.

Location

Trapezaki is superbly located for exploring the south of the island. The long stretch of sandy beach here is just a 20 minute walk from the villa and generally much quieter than the more popular beaches on the island. The charming resort of Lourdas with more extensive facilities is a short drive away, as is the island capital Argostoli, both well worth visiting. For a great day out, why not explore the Mazarakata tombs, Monasteries of St Andrew and St Gerasimos which are only a only a 30 minute’ drive, perfect for those interested in the history and culture of the island.

Water sports are available at Lourdas Bay in high season and include jet skiing and kayaking. Organised day trips to the neighbouring islands of Ithaka and Zante, can be booked locally. Horse and donkey riding are available on the outskirts of Sami, about an hour's drive from the villa.
