TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

By entering the "Sign up & Save on your Holiday - and enter our competition with the chance to win a £1000 holiday voucher" (the “Competition”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The Competition is organized by Ionian Island Holidays Ltd, located at Olympia House, Armitage Road, London NW11 8RQ (“the Organizer”).

2. Eligibility

  • The Competition is open to new subscribers only, aged 18 years and above who are UK residents.
  • Employees of Ionian Island Holidays Ltd, their family members, and anyone otherwise connected to the company are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

  • The Competition begins on Tuesday 4th March 2025 and ends on Sunday 2nd November 2025 at 23:59 (the “Competition Period”).
  • To enter, participants must click on the Facebook or Instagram ad to access and fill our Mailing List sign-up form.
  • Only one entry is permitted per participant.

4. Prize Details

  • The winner will receive a £1000 holiday voucher, redeemable against a single package holiday for bookings in 2026.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be selected by a Free Prize Draw – for which the winner will be drawn at random on Monday 3rd November.
  • The winner will be notified via email, with confirmation and the digital voucher sent within 48 hours of the draw.
  • If the winner does not respond within 30 days, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Publicity & Data Protection

  • Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

  • The Organizer is not responsible for lost, late, or incomplete entries due to technical issues.
  • The Organizer is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from participation in the Competition or use of the prize.

8. Modifications & Cancellation

  • The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Competition if circumstances beyond its control arise.

9. Governing Law

  • The Competition and these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the UK, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the UK.
