Villa Helios

Villa Helios is a newly built attractive villa close to one of Lefkada’s best sandy beaches at Agios Ioannis on this island’s spectacular west coast. Perched on the hillside in a commanding position surrounded by tall cypress and age-old olive trees all overlooking the glistening Ionian Sea, thrilling its guests with some of the finest views one could wish for. Sleeping up to seven guests in a super stylish villa, the ground floor living space is light and modern, with a lovely lounge, fully fitted kitchen, dining area and access via large doors to the pool terrace. Also, on the ground level you’ll find a twin bedroom. On the first floor there are further two bedrooms, both with en suite shower room. This really is a stunningly designed house.  

Outside you’ll find a fabulous private pool perfect for cooling off any time of the day and a patio area with sun loungers and parasols should you need shade from the midday sun. The villa offers plenty of outside seating areas and a BBQ so dining alfresco is a terrific option for lunch or supper. For a chilled-out day in exquisite surrounds, find your perfect somewhere, sit back relax with your favourite read or simply do nothing!  

Dining out on the island really is a treat as you are really spoilt for choice and all this just a short drive away. Villa Helios’s superb location means you are ideally placed for discovering the diverse coastline this magnificent Ionian Island has to offer. From the little coves and bays of the east to the imposing cliffs and white beaches of the west. If you are a water sports enthusiast then stroll down to Agios Ioannis for some wind or kite surfing, if you have never had a go, now is the time! Love a sunset? Then choose your spot on one of the stunning west coast beaches and settle in and watch the sun go down. It really is a spectacular sight!  

Lefkada is an island of discovery with so much to do and explore. The main town has a huge choice of tavernas, bars, plus cafes which boasts a lively atmosphere in the height of the summer. There are Museums and Castles to visit not to mention the many walking trails to discover on foot. Hire a boat for the day and visit enchanting Meganisi for lunch or pack a picnic, find your very own place to drop anchor and just simply chill out for the day!
