Villa Iasis

Villa Iasis is one of three beautifully designed villas each with their own pool, which make up the Ionides Villas located on the hillside above the hamlet of Tsoukalades. Each house is entirely independent of the others, with its own pool and sea-facing terrace and gardens.

Set out over two floors this stylish contemporary villa is equipped with everything you need to ensure your stay is an extremely comfortable one.  The ground floor has a good-sized open plan living/dining room with a gorgeous feature fireplace plus a double sofa bed, kitchenette and dining area. From here patio doors open out onto a fabulous pool terrace with stunning views. Also located on this level is one of the twin bedrooms plus a shower room.

Upstairs is where the master double bedroom is found, delightfully decorated in cool inviting colours with an ensuite shower room. Double doors open out onto a large terrace with panoramic picturesque views of the shimmering Ionian Sea and beyond.

Villa Iasis’s exterior has to be the ideal place to enjoy outdoor living at its best. A pretty garden filled with mature trees in a most natural setting hosts a good size pool with plenty of sunbeds for lazy relaxing days. Close to the pool is a built in BBQ and shaded dining area which is an ideal spot to enjoy meals rustled up by the family Chef!

There’s a lot to the island of Lefkada, not only is it attached to the mainland by the causeway so it has easy access but there is so much to see and do here. Let’s start with the magnificent choice of beaches from long stretches of golden sand to brilliant white pebbles drifting gently into the emerald Ionian Sea. Water sports are extremely popular here especially on the west coast, you’ll find water skiing, kite surfing, snorkelling and much more so why not have a go if you haven’t before.  If walking is your preferred activity, again you are spoilt for choice, walk the narrow alleys of the old town or wander the mountain villages of the island, there’s lots to explore. Museums, Castles and so much more to see and do here on this extraordinary Ionian Island.
