The villa is designed over two levels with the main living area on the upper floor and this comprises of a large open lounge, dining space and a fully fitted kitchen. There are also two-bedrooms, a double, a twin and a bathroom. The lower level has an additional bathroom and poolside kitchen. Picture windows and patio doors let the daylight in to give a bright airy feel to the house and a large verandah running the width of the property is where some of the best views of the day can be found. The pool is set around the extensive terrace which has been constructed of local Paxiot stone and with plenty of shade offered by the surrounding olive trees.
