Villa Milou

The pretty waterside village of Loggos has long been a favourite with our guests for their Ionian Island holiday, hence we are always on the lookout for exceptional villas in the area and we’ve found this little gem, Villa Milou, which we are delighted to add to our collection for 2022.

In a lush hillside setting just a short drive from Loggos is the lovely Villa Milou, a spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom property with amazing views drifting down over the tree tops to the Ionian Sea and horizon beyond.

Step inside Villa Milou to a bright open plan space housing a fully fitted kitchen, seating and dining area, two-bedrooms, a double  leading out onto the veranda and pool, a twin room plus two shower rooms.  Upstairs, is a large spacious contemporary designed living area with TV, pool table, plus a small kitchenette, there is also a twin bedroom and shower room.

Outside the large infinity pool is surrounded by comfy sunbeds and that stunning view.  There is a good-sized built in brick BBQ for cooking up delicious meals, two further relaxed-seating areas offering ideal shade for alfresco dining or perhaps a lazy day with your favourite read.

Perfectly located Villa Milou has a taverna just 300m away, with the unspoilt pretty waterside village of Loggos a short-drive or 25minute walk. Gaios the island’s capital is a fifteen-minute drive, with its excellent choice of tavernas, trendy bars, Venetian architecture and busy harbour bustling with visiting yachts. For sea swimming, the stunning white pebble beach and crystal clear waters of Levrechio, Marmaris and Kipos beach are all within walking distance or a just a short drive away.
