We are delighted to welcome Villa Olivia to our growing collection of villas in the South of Kefalonia. This splendid, spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa is just a stone’s throw away from the beach and village of Lourdas.

As you arrive, take the steps up to the villa’s pool terrace where you are immediately greeted with a sense of calm and tranquillity and those exquisite views. Villa Olivia’s design is a modern open plan one, with a combined living/dining room. Double doors lead out to the pool, terrace and gardens with spectacular views. The kitchen adjacent to the living area is fully equipped to meet all your holiday dining needs. A twin bedroom with en-suite shower completes the ground floor accommodation. Stairs by the entrance lead up to the first floor en-suite double and twin rooms, each with the added advantage of private balconies with magnificent views over Lourdas Bay.

The villa’s exterior will be popular with everyone, the superb infinity style pool is surrounded by plenty of terrace and lawn space to relax. A large brick BBQ and outdoor dining area are the perfect setting for an alfresco meal as you watch the sun set over the Ionian.

Villa Olivia is exceptionally well located within walking distance of the beautiful sand and shingle beach at Lourdas Bay. Why not stretch your legs and walk along the sand to Lithero and across to Kanali beach. Stroll further along the coast and you reach the resort of Trapezaki and then onto the sheltered cove of St. Thomas, certainly well worth exploring. Lourdas itself is a very pretty resort with a good selection of well-established family-run tavernas, souvenir shop, mini market, bars and cafés, you really are spoilt for choice.

Access to Villa Olivia is via eighteen steps and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

During high season the Escape Club operates on Lourdas Beach where you can hire motorboats and jet skis, as well as try your hand at a selection of water sports.
