Villa Vigla

As you drive north along the coastal road towards your Ionian Island villa in the quaint village of Nissaki, you get a sense as to why the stunning island of Corfu is so popular. Beautiful scenery with a backdrop of the turquoise Ionian Sea, it really is simply magnificent.

Our charming Villa Vigla’s setting is splendid, nestled on the hillside of Nissaki and delighting its guests with breath-taking views across the Ionian channel towards the coast of Albania and beyond.

Villa Vigla’s interiors are cool, bright and tastefully furnished thus creating a comfortable living area, the perfect place to relax in. On the ground floor there is an open plan living room with feature fireplace, a fully fitted kitchen with an adjoining dining room and cloakroom. Large sliding doors in the living room lead onto a huge balcony with those oh so exquisite views. Double doors from the dining area open out to a shaded alfresco seating area close to the BBQ.

Upstairs on the first floor are the two bedrooms, an ensuite double with a large balcony enjoying sweeping sea views plus a ensure twin boasting views along the coast towards Barbati.

The exterior of Villa Vigla offers it guests plenty of outdoor seating much of which is shaded. Steps lead down to a decked area with comfy sun loungers at both ends of a good sized pool for everyone to relax on. There is further outdoor seating next to the BBQ for cooking up alfresco culinary delights any time of the day or night.

Villa Vigla’s setting is idyllic, sitting in a prominent position high on the beautiful northeast coast you are never far from a beach.  The pretty Nissaki Bay is the closest, slightly further is Vigla with its white pebbles, pristine waters and a handful of tavernas. Further along the coast is the lovely beach at Kaminaki. All the beaches here have umbrellas and sunbeds to hire as well some offering water sports and all are within an easy drive. It’s up to you take your pick!  Eating out here you really are spoilt for choice. With a good selection of tavernas off the coast road, most having uninterrupted sea views that serve traditional popular Greek dishes to delight any palate!
