Nestled among and surrounded by beautiful olive trees, set back from the main coastal road leading to the island’s capital, Gaios, is the outstanding Villa Vivilla.This three-bedroom villa is perfect for a family or small group of friends who like to be close to a town and local beaches.

The accommodation here is set out on one level. On the left-hand side as you enter is a open plan modern fitted kitchen with feature island plus indoor dining space. Walk through to the stylish living room with its comfy sofas,   tasteful shabby chic furnishings and from here double doors open onto a large covered terrace with those fabulous sea views. The design is fashionable, modern with cool interiors blending bright and natural colours that certainly invite the light in.  This contemporary style continues in the three bedrooms, two at the front of the villa, one of which is en-suite, both with doors opening onto the expansive terrace and wonderful sea views. The third bedroom, a twin with en-suite and a separate shower room concludes the accommodation inside this gorgeous property.

Villa Vivilla’s exterior is an absolute delight combining a good-sized swimming pool with traditional stone terraces set amongst the beautiful Paxos countryside. The built-in BBQ with shaded dining area is a great place to cook up delicious meals and the perfect spot for the family to get together and reconnect, anytime of the day.

The villas’ location is ideal, just a 25 minute stroll along the coast road is the enchanting port of Gaios with its busy picturesque harbour front filled with yachts and fishing boats moored around the quayside.  There is a great choice of bars, cafes, restaurants and traditional Greek tavernas serving a wide range of cuisine to suit all tastes. Beaches are equally as close, a mere five minute-walk from the villa are the pretty unspoilt beaches of Kloni Gouli and Kaki Lagada, a most appealing spot for a swim anytime of the day. The island’s coast line has a plethora of hidden bays and coves along the east coast leading up to the waterside village of Loggos and the beautiful hamlet of Lakka to the north. Take a drive to Erimitis on the dramatic west coast and marvel at the magnificent sunsets from this spectacular location.
