Accessed via a quiet country lane, you arrive at this remarkable house. Spread over four floors, enter into a beautifully appointed living area, where you can’t help but notice huge picture windows inviting in an abundance of light, but most striking of all has to be the breathtaking view, with the sea so close you can almost touch it. Open plan is the design here, a combined living/dining space filled with sumptuous high end luxurious furnishings, a large stylish fully fitted kitchen, plus a spacious twin room and separate bathroom. On the first floor is an en-suite double, plus a twin with separate shower room. The second floor hosts the master bedroom with en-suite shower room. The opulence doesn’t stop here, it continues in the lower ground floor, where in addition to the fifth en-suite bedroom is a Hamman Spa and Sauna plus for the keep fit conscious, modern gym equipment. If you can bear to tear yourself away, the charming sandy beach at Paliolinos is close by as is the village of Spartia with its pretty narrow winding streets offering a number of traditional tavernas, café, bars and a handful of mini-markets. The stunning sandy beach of Avithos, with its sunbeds, umbrellas and popular beach bar serving snacks and cool drinks throughout the day is a mere ten minute drive from the house.
