Villa Alex

We are delighted to welcome the splendid Villa Alex to our fabulous collection of villas on the magical island of Meganisi. A three-bedroom villa boasting captivating views of the sea and the charming nearby village of Spartochori.

The villa’s pretty setting is boosted by stylish furnishings, thoughtful design and a blend of modern comforts. On the ground floor, the open plan living, dining and kitchen areas provide a welcoming space for guests to gather, connect and unwind. A twin bedroom also on this floor opens onto a terrace, offering a seamless connection with the pretty natural surrounds plus a separate shower room.  

The upper level with its two stylish bedrooms, a twin and a double provide a relaxing space, each designed with a unique charm. The double bedroom with large patio doors open out onto a balcony offering breathtaking views that reach the horizon and beyond. Both bedrooms share a bathroom.

The villa has many delightful features, one of which is its balcony above the pool, an ideal spot for long lazy lunches gazing at the glistening waters of Spilia Bay. Simply stunning. Another feature is the fixed BBQ next to the pool which encourages every meal to be served al fresco, enjoying the opportunity to prepare local produce such as grilled meats, fish, seafood or vegetables that Greek cuisine is renowned for, all this amongst one of the finest settings on the island. The good size pool surrounded by sunbeds and ample shade should you wish to take in the sun or not, the choice is yours.

For beach lovers, the pretty Spilia Bay is a mere 500m from the villa, perfect for a swim any time of the day. There you’ll find a delightful family-run traditional taverna serving up local culinary delights. For further exploration, the beach of Herniades is further along the coast and the charming port of Spartahori is a 20 minute walk where you can enjoy fresh seafood and tavernas serving up local specialities.  For daily supplies, the village of Spartahori is an 5 minute drive where you can pick up all your essentials before heading back to the haven of Villa Alex.

NB: Due to the hillside location of Villa Alex there are a number of steps to reach the villa which may be challenging for elderly guests or those with mobility issues. Parking is on the same level as Argiri the villa below.
